Mrs. West had vision that she could create a comprehensive architectural business that was honest and treated clients fairly.
Marcela has a degree in Architecture and is recognized by her clients as being prompt, meticulous, and thorough. She has over twenty years of progressive management and development experience of construction projects of all sizes. She understands how the complexity of the process can be daunting and therefore takes time with clients to explain all the details. This is what separates Urban Area Co from the rest of the firms. She is culturally diverse and bilingual in Spanish and English.
John Beltran – RA LEED AP Bd+C
Architect Partner
Mr. Beltran is a licensed and degreed Architect. John has over fourteen years of experience working in all phases of architecture.
He is able to develop cost effective approaches and create designs that exceed client requirements. His expertise lies in research and verification of existing conditions, analyzing best solutions for using materials and creating energy efficient buildings. John is adept at bridging the gap between engineering design and client concepts creating a positive experience for the life of the project. John is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
